Daily (usually in the morning) there are markets in Provence.

The markets are well attended in France and especially in the high season it is advisable to go to the market in time to avoid crowds.

On the market you will find specific Provençal products such as tablecloths, honey, vinaigrettes, sausages, etc.
The herbs and vegetables are often displayed as if they were pieces of art.
